04.17.2004 :: surprisingly, bamboo science beer was not the beverage of choice for the weekend ... too scientific. no, we sipped on cris and mo — that is chrysanthemum beer and moganshan snow beer ... and their combined 3.4 percent alcohol content. actually, once we found it, we enjoyed a couple cases of good ol' pbr, which turns up in the strangest places here in china.
